Dud Evi is the Turkish name for our small cottage that we've restored from an old Turkish house into our "Mulberry House". The Mulberry House has a huge, you guessed it, Mulberry tree in front of it, providing nice shade to the terrace that overlooks the wild garden.
However, the old Turkish house spirit is still tangible, a perfect combination of nowadays comfort with the old traditional quality of building and style. A family bathroom and toilet are separated from the kitchen. The double bedroom has an ensuite facility, next to that is the twin bedroom. The large open plan living space has a kitchen with all necessary facilities (gas hob, kettle etc). The living area has comfortable sitting cushions and a fire place (all original), perfect for a chilly night to read a book!
From the area between the kitchen and the living you can walk on the large terrace with a great view over the garden and the stunning mountains!
Please be aware that we don't have air conditioning in our house. It is not actually necessary due to the traditional style of the building, with its very thick walls which keeps it cool. We also don't have a pool but there are plenty of options for swimming in Dalyan!
